The latest top-fermented and unfiltered Starkbierkreation is fermented with top-fermented ale yeast and measures an alcohol content of 8,0% vol. The use of four selected special malts, the fermentation with fine ale yeast and a one-year storage in oak barrels in the cellar of the brewery make this teak-colored strong beer specialty.
