Beer description

This unfiltered and therefore very rich beer specialty from Gold Ochsen pleases the eye with its spring-like fresh light yellow color with a silky matte haze and a fine, long-lasting foam cushion. Aromas of meadow herbs and fresh hay, followed by floral tones, create anticipation for the first sip. A malty and moderate sweetness is harmoniously balanced by a gentle hop bitterness.

Wat een heerlijk Kellerbier! De fles maakt het nog mooier hoewel de etiketten iets minder peppich mochten zijn. Smaak is 1B. Goed gelukt, hoor.

Im Glas goldgelb und klar mit feinporiger Krone. In der Nase würzig herber Hopfen. Im Antrunk spritzig frisch und süffig. Dazu Würze und Hopfen sowie im Nachgang dezent bitter.
