Beer description
Herbal Sour Ale: apricot, oregano, currant leaf, thyme, melissa
Su Anasy is a mythical creature in Tatar mythology, personifying the element of water and the beginning of all living things. She appears to travellers in the form of a young and charming girl sitting on the bank of a body of water and combing her unusually long green-blue hair. Unlike mermaids, this lady always carries a golden comb or a pair of golden buckets, which sometimes lures those who want to get their hands on the expensive item.
But Su Anasy is quite shrewd, vindictive and strong, so no one can deceive her and escape with impunity!
We were told about this heroine of Tatar folklore by experts from Kazan bars Drink Craft in company with Brew Barrel. The guys inspired us with a new apricot work, permeated with a bouquet of such herbs as melissa, oregano, thyme and currant leaf.
Isn't it a fairy tale?
