High fermentation beer, inspired by the secular version of the Trappist Tripel, produced using traditional methods: unfiltered, unpasteurized, without additives, 100% natural. Fermentation in tanks is followed by a fermentation in the bottle at a controlled temperature to refine the taste and aroma.
