Goldfinger - Maibock

Single Decoction Mash. Our springtime Bock has a pleasant balance of floral, malty, and bready notes supported by an elevated alcohol content. Initial sweetness is rounded out by a balanced hop character. This beer is essentially a more robust and complex version of our Original Lager.
