Flavor: as the beer is not fresh, hop aromas are hardly noticeable, but the malt foundation is felt in a sweet and biscuit way, after mixing the dms glass. FOAM: white, medium, finely bubble-like, durable, decorates glass. COLOR: light clear gold falling into straw. Taste: sweet malt quickly broken by herbal-grassy bitterness with a delicate finish of grapefruit albedo. Medium, light watery saturation.
