Non-alcoholic wheat beers should not only be recognizable in appearance, but also in scent and taste. Together with the Weihenstephan research center, we have developed our non-alcoholic wheat beer using a novel yeast and a special process. We are pleased to have managed to bind the typical fruity notes of wheat beer in both the aroma and flavor. This means that nothing stands in the way of enjoying non-alcoholic wheat beer.
