Beer description

For this offering, we collaborated with Endiro and Sip of Hope coffee roasters, using whole beans of the following: Endiro's Ugandan Coffee and Sip of Hope's Pau Pau New Guinea. Eric had the opportunity to sit down with Cody of Endiro and Andy of Sip of Hope for two different tasting sessions. They got to work carefully infusing their coffees and the stout base to determine the best ratio and best methods for infusing the beer with coffee flavors that complimented the beer. We also used Mackinac Bluffs Maple Farm's maple syrup! The resulting beer is a medium-bodied, breakfast-flavored treat with notes of intense roast, baker's chocolate, and a slightly sweet maple finish. ⁣ We will also be donating $1 of each 4pk sold of GOOD AM in our taproom to Sip of Hope Community Coffee Roasters, to help support proactive suicide prevention and mental health education. Let's all try to remember that it's okay to not feel okay, and that it's okay to talk about it
