This single-hop pilsner is light bodied and drinkable, much like beloved Good City Pils. Wakatu hops lend to this beer a pleasant spicy and floral character with a burst of fresh lime zest. The brewery dry-hopped this lager to accentuate the fresh, hop-forward character of this exciting and uncommon New Zealand hop.
