This Imperial Stout, crafted by our Head Pub Brewer, Mike Jacobs, was born out of his love for how roasted pecan and coconut complement the rich flavors developed during the aging process in freshly emptied bourbon barrels.
Originally launched on draft in 2023 at our Clybourn Brewhouse, this limited-release stout now makes its bottle debut to feature our Goose Island Salt Shed Pub.
With bold notes of toasted pecan and coconut, this captivating stout is a must-try.
