Beer description
The hibiscus gives this beer a beautiful red colour and fruity aromas. These mingle with the wild notes of the lactobacilli that have cured the wort in the kettle. The profile is wild and complex, with acidity that is present but not overpowering, and notes of lemony, fruity coriander.
The addition of raspberries and clementine zest during fermentation completes the profile of this sparkling gose. The flavours are soft and refreshing, making this a very pleasant drink.
