Brasserie Sir John Brewing Co. - Got Falls?

Not to be a windbag, but let's just say that, at Sir John's, we're no worse equipped when it comes to big falls. Falls by bike, falls on foot, shhh - stop talking, Lachute Falls (has anyone ever actually seen THE Lachute Falls???), we're no match for our new pals at Niagara Falls and their one and only small waterfall... We've been admiring the work of our fellow Ontarians for a while now, so when they agreed to collaborate with us, we were really excited to welcome them to the brewery! The result? An aromatic IPA, hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Superdelic and Nectaron. On the nose, ripe tropical fruit, berries, a resinous aroma and a hint of citrus get your nostrils tingling. On the palate, the round mouthfeel combines with the sweet fruity notes to deliver a smooth product with very little bitterness but plenty of flavour.
