Sauvageonne-style beer brewed by the Brasserie de la Goutte d'Or (in Paris). Collaboration with the Brasserie du Mont Salève (Haute-Savoie). Fermented and aged in red wine barrels. It contains several strains of yeast and bacteria as well as meadowsweet flowers. Open and complex result.
