Hops: Chinook / Centennial / Columbus Taste: Biscuit and caramel notes in this beer with a malty body and a silky, spicy mouthfeel. Fresh, resinous and fruity hop aromas. Long bitterness in the finish. A bold IPA that reminds us that England is not far from the Goutte d'Or. Goes with: Indian and African cuisine (spicy), pizza, mature cheeses.
