It was the shared love of this beer and brewing style that made it possible for us to convince this Savoyard to leave his mountains and come to Paris. It's as cosmopolitan as it is local, and comes very close to the ideal of brewing that we strive for. This multi-grain season is brewed with Alpine honey and rose hips.
