Goutte d'Or TANGO - Ale Rustique Montpellieraine

Mixture of: barrel-aged, mixed fermentation, freshly squeezed pomegranate juice and seasonal, filtered on hay. Our shared passion for rustic beers and the terroir are the reason for this collaboration. The latter juggles with the rustic flavors of Crau hay (which is used in filtration) and the various yeasts and bacteria. And on the other hand, the fresh, lemony aromas of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, which has been completely fermented in red wine barrels.
