Wild Ride Brewing - Grammy's Cookies Porter With Cinnamon & Vanilla

A fond memory many people have from their childhood is the amazing aroma and taste of cookies fresh out of the oven. We brewed Grammy’s Cookies Porter to bring that memory to your beer glass! Starting with a base chocolate porter, we added a combination of cocoa nibs, oats, cinnamon and vanilla to create a similar profile to those cookies. A sweet experience begins with the pleasant aroma of vanilla and chocolate, which carry through to the flavor accompanied by a touch of cinnamon. Oats are added to the brew as well for a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Nobody does it better than Grammy!
