The secret of this beer rarity comes from top-fermented monastery yeasts, the American oak barrel in which first whiskey and then Canadian maple syrup was stored, and our unique Belgian Ambrée, which was matured in it for 6 months.
The barrel gives our latest Limited Edition No 6 a unique taste of umami, nut and original maple syrup.
