GRANDA Be Grapeful with LERVIG - Kveik Sour IGA | 2023 #3

Third phase of the BE GRAPEFUL project. This is a series of international collaborations in which we have invited famous European brewers to create original reinterpretations of the Italian Grape Ale (IGA) style. For this beer, we collaborated with LERVIG, a Norwegian brewery that is one of the most well-known and influential craft breweries in Europe. We tested the Kveik yeast, which historically comes from Norway and is characterized by exceptionally high fermentation temperatures.
