Birrificio della Granda - Be Grapeful with To Øl - Italian Grape Lager | 2023 #5

Fifth release of the BE GRAPEFUL project. This is a series of international collaborations in which we have invited famous European brewers to create original reinterpretations of the Italian Grape Ale (IGA) style. This beer was brewed in collaboration with the Danish brewery To-Øl. We explored combining spice with bottom-fermented beers to create a product with a delicate flavor profile and elegant aroma: While maintaining the classic mildness and drinkability of a classic lager, it becomes the perfect thirst quencher!
