The brewery used bourbon barrels—the 1st bourbon distilled in North Carolina since Prohibition, including Barrel #1—obtained exclusively from Seventeen Twelve Spirits to age our Southern Revival Imperial Stout for 6 months. On the palate this dark debutante is rich & bold, seducing with roasted malts and a complex finish.
