Helsingborgs Brewery Limited - Grapa

Hop aromatic, fruity taste with clear bitterness and slight sweetness, hints of grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, crisp bread and fresh herbs. Helsingborg's GrAPA is our first fruit beer. GrAPA is a beer with a breeze of sweetness and bitterness from grapefruit and with 5.4%. Our novelty is produced in collaboration with Grete & Patrik's garage brewery. - Patrik Hedström, neighbor to the brewery and home brewer, visited our brewery for new ideas and advice on how he could improve his brewing process, says our brewer Peter Nilsson. One day he handed over a couple of bottles he had brewed at home and wanted my opinion. It was outstanding beer he produced. - So began our collab with Grete & Patrik's garage brewery. I immediately felt that we had to brew this beer at our brewery. - There were many meetings, brewing and changes to our common recipe at GrAPA. A fantastic blood grapefruit APA and also our first fruit beer.
