Beer description
The grains of spelt are bigger than the grains of regular wheat. Thats why we decided to call our Spelt Saison "Graute Käörns". It contains 20% local spelt from Hof Horstmann in Glandorf, Chevallier barley malt and a good dose of german hops. This Saison fermented in tanks for 4 months. It brings tart and hoppy characteristics with a fruity finish.
