Gravenhurst Steam is a Steam Beer (aka California Common) that is fermented at warmer temperatures using a lager yeast. This gives the beer a slight fruitiness to go along with the toasted caramel malts and earthy, minty hops. We hope you enjoy this crisp amber lager with a noticeable but well balanced hop bitterness.
