The summer beer - named after the heraldic animal of Murnau. It is only served in June. The special thing about this beer, apart from its reddish copper color, is its full-bodied, pleasantly malty taste with a subtle smoky note. This characteristic taste comes from 6 different types of malt and the addition of a little smoked malt.
