GRIF Hefeweizen

Grif Hefeweizen is a classic representative of this popular, traditional Bavarian style, and as its name implies, it is unfiltered yeast wheat beer. Characteristic of this style is the high overripe resulting in an extremely light and drinkable texture. Hop bitterness and aromas are barely present, but this beer is full of yeast-flavored aromas. In the process of boiling it produces esters that give aromas of banana and phenols that give aroma of cloves, but there is also a hint of aroma of chewing gum. Grif wheat beer with its 5.3% alcohol and light body is the perfect refreshment for summer. Malt: -Pilsner -Light wheat malt -Dark wheat malt. Hops: -Tettnager
