Ernesto took the fineapple that everybody loves and added a little spice! With his carefully crafted habanero tincture, this one was spiced to perfection. The nice slightly dry but cider rested on the habanero for a short time, not long enough to be unbearably hot, but just long enough to pick up a pleasant little burn and good pepper flavor.
