Beer description
By the end of 2022, I wanted to try something completely different. A beer that can be aged and only get better over time. So I mixed a lot of malt, some candied sugar, and honey together, lightly hopped. This is how the Grimoire was born. After a year of aging, it had reached its peak of readiness for drinking. Definitely not a beer as you know and expect it. The only thing that helps is to try it.
