Beer description
Cloudy red-brown, tan head. Pretty rich rye bready malts, juts a little caramel, sourdough notes. Similar taste - more like rye bread with a sour note, resembles kvass a bit, low on caramel. A touch of earthy bitterness/astringency, lacking proper hop spice. A pretty cleanly brewed, low sweetness dark lager with a delicate spicy malt profile.
