Beer description
We dreamed of making beer in the historic Polish Grodziskie style. And finally, this dream came true. In our version of the style, we used one hundred percent smoked wheat malt, Belarusian hops, as well as famous Bavarian yeast strain for wheat beer. In order to take our research even further, we've added dried sweetgrass from Bialoweza Forest to the finished beer, which pairs beautifully with the aromas of smoked banana and adds hints of oak chips, cinnamon and mild bread spices. Well carbonated, a beautiful straw color, full-bodied, but at the same time refreshing and quite light, this great representative of the historic Polish ale will help you take a little trip back to the times when beer was considered a truly mysterious drink.
