Beer description
Flux was born from going a step beyond the usual. This time we've loaded the recipe with more hops than we normally use, looking for something very specific: layers, depth, and nuances that unfold sip by sip.
The result is an intense, aromatic, and complex NEIPA, where each hop contributes its own unique character. Bright citrus and grapefruit are present from the start, followed by ripe stone and tropical fruit in the heart, and a more resinous, dank base that leaves its mark and prevents everything from becoming too obvious. Nothing stands alone; everything adds up.
The body is silky and enveloping, with a broad yet well-controlled mouthfeel. The carbonation is subtle without overpowering, and the bitterness, present but polished, harmonizes the flavors and cleanses the finish.
Flux is a beer in motion, designed for those seeking more than just a direct aromatic punch. More hops, more layers, more depth. A NEIPA that doesn't stop at the first impact and continues to reveal its story even after the second sip.
