Beer description
Landalan is a Landbier in the truest sense of the word. A beer made exclusively with local ingredients, born from the environment and designed to express territory, proximity and origin, without artifice or shortcuts.
For its production, we've worked with hops grown in Azpeitia by Pepo's Hops and malt produced by Garagardoberoa in Donamartiri. Local ingredients, grown by local people, with true traceability and a clear commitment to local production. Landalan is landscape, countryside, and beer all in one glass.
In terms of beer, Landalan is a balanced, honest, and very drinkable Landbier, fermented with our house lager yeast, which contributes clarity, precision, and a defined profile. Fuggle and Nugget hops build a classic and restrained character, with gentle herbal notes, moderate bitterness, and a dry finish that invites another sip.
The body is light yet structured, the carbonation is subtle without being overpowering, and the overall impression is well-rounded and straightforward. This is a beer designed to be savored at a leisurely pace, to accompany food or conversation, and to be refilled without a second thought.
Landalan is our way of understanding local beer: simple, well made and deeply linked to the place it comes from.
