Beer description
Loretope is our most generous NEIPA , with a silky body and a juicy haze that caresses the palate. In this recipe, we went overboard (literally) with the oats , aiming for that creamy texture that embraces every sip.
Sofia , the brewer in charge of this brew, can tell you how tough that brewday was , but it was worth it. 😀
We fermented with our Candy Shop yeast and loaded it with aroma using dry hopping from Krush, Ekuanot, and Eclipse .
The aromatic profile explodes with mango, peach, orange, and Australian citrus notes .
The entry is smooth and enveloping, the body is dense without being cloying, and the finish is fresh, fruity, and lingering.
Hops
Krush, Ekuanot - HBC 366 dual hop, East Kent Golding aromatic hop
