Ground Zero - Deranj Blondă

Kölsch is a traditional German style of beer that originated in the Cologne area. However, being a product with a protected geographical indication, in order to be able to bear the name Kölsch, the beer must be produced within a radius of 50 KM around Cologne. That's why we simply call her "Blonde." For this beer we use malt brought from N-V Germany and yeast right from a small factory in Cologne. The beer you hold in your hand is fermented and matured naturally until it reaches the specific, light and refreshing taste.
