So, a few breweries have tried this, so why not a cider? Well at least that’s how our cidermasters think. The grumpy part references the sour funk [the masters comment not mine] which simply means it’s a bit sour, BUT they also infused it with maple syrup, and that’s the Canadian part. It’s really awesome and a bit sweet, eh. You don’t even need to go the great white north to get it. You hosers just need to put the tuque and get to the Cidercade to try this beauty out.
