Beer description

L'Ambrée Triple pur malt is an ale beer produced by Brasserie La Guernouillette in Saint-Brieuc in the Côtes d'Armor department. It is very dark amber in color and has an off-white, well-aerated foam that is very ample (beware of over-inflation!) and fairly long-lasting. On the nose you can see very present malt notes and a slightly spicy note, which is due to the Baitang pepper used. Light aromas of brown sugar can also be recognized. One suspects that he will have a strong character. Nevertheless, one is pleasantly surprised by a sweet, tart opening in the mouth, followed by a slight bitterness and a peppery finish. It has a long finish and you don't really feel the 7.2° it has.
