Brewed as part of our brewing courses, the "shared brewing days". The idea was to brew a healthy Radler without artificially added sugar. The acidity was created by a yeast that produces lactic acid, and the beer was then fermented with a bottom-fermenting yeast. The fruity notes were created by the aroma hops Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertauer Blanc, which were chosen by the group. Not filtered and not pasteurized.
