The hops for our organic IPA come from their good friend Roger Wouters from Reijmerstok, a village at the end of the road. He has been growing five different hop varieties specifically for our beer since 1997. In our organic IPA, we use four different varieties in different ways. The beer smells fantastically hoppy, is fresh and bitter, and has a cool aftertaste that is reminiscent of grapefruit.
