This sparkling fresh beer specialty cannot refer to the long brewing tradition of the private brewery Gut Forsting eG, as our Weissbier light has only been brewed since 1996. But: youth is not a shame and gives this beer specialty its tangy, fruity, light “banana note”. The natural cloudiness ensures a pleasant yeast aroma with a slight emphasis on caramel.
