Haarddrech Cannib'Ale

Cannib'Ale is a DIPA style rye beer from the Haarddrech brewery in Ardèche. The beer has a dark blonde color with a beige head. On the nose, the beer is dominated by fruity and resinous aromas. The bitterness is very present on the palate and gradually combines with floral notes, fruity notes of exotic fruits and passion fruits.
