Kommunbräu Sechsämterland - Haferl Stout

The Haferl Stout has aromas of cocoa, coffee, toffee and pumpernickel on the nose. These aspects intensify on the palate, where they mingle with a pleasant perception of oats and bread. The oats in particular give the beer a smooth mouthfeel and a silky balance that keeps the toasty notes in check. The finish is characterized by warming alcohol notes, a short, crisp hop bitterness and a very mild hint of white pepper.
