Our big, hoppy, Russian Imperial stout was aged for more than 2 years in Eagle Rare Bourbon Barrels. Notes of bourbon and oak dryness come through up front, and the warm flavors, reminiscent of oatmeal cookies, lingers at the end of each sip.
