Beer description
Originally brewed in May 2018, this beer was then aged 10 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. After it’s first barrel rest we put the beer into a holding tank where cinnamon, chocolate, peppers and vanilla were added. In April 2019 we transferred the beer back into a fresh supply of Buffalo Trace barrels for another 10 month slumber. Those barrels then received another round of cinnamon, chocolate and vanilla. After a total of 20 months in bourbon barrels, the result is smooth, chocolatey bourbon with just the right amount of cinnamon spice.
