Beer description
Collaboration beer with The Open Bottle craft beer shop & tap room in Tinley Park, IL. A sour, farmhouse style ale brewed with 70% pilsner malt and 30% wheat malt, soured in the kettle, and then fermented with a mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria. Kiwi was added post fermentation. Expect a sour, kiwi-forward beer, with a slight funk and a soft wheat finish.
