Made for The Open Bottle's grand opening of their new store in Lockport, IL. This malty Irish style red ale was inspired by the famous red ales from Ireland. It starts with smooth English specialty malts and finishes with a nice continental hop finish to cut the malt and balance this beer out. Dosed with vanilla and orange peel for a creamy, citrus finish!
