Beer description
A sweet Traditional style mead made using the two time winner of the Apimondia Best Honey in the World title.
Hairy Vetch comes from the plains of Montana. We allowed this one to naturally open ferment for 24 hours before the addition of Saccharomyces and non-Saccharomyces strains.
Delicate notes of light berry, tropical stone fruit esters and a bubble gum finish.
