Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Halocline is the name of our gose-style beers. In hydrology, this term is used to define a zone of rapid salinity increase, which turns into a slow and gradual change in salinity in deep waters. This is exactly what gose means to us - multi-layered, slightly salty beer with with all its complexity. We make it through mixed fermentation method, that is, both yeast and lactobacilli are simultaneously involved in the fermentation process, which makes the beer taste as balanced as possible. Only when we think our gose is at its best, we add loads of sea buckthorn from the north of Belarus for further ageing. The result is a crazy balanced beer, as refreshing as it can be, sourish-salty with a pleasant sea buckthorn aftertaste. We release our new Halaklin in cans. This is something you should always have in your fridge, as this light, crushable, fizzy beer is perfect for any occasion, be it hot summer day (passed already, unfortunately) or golden-coloured autumn evening by the cozy fire under your grand-parents' apple trees.
