Spontaneous, sour

Beer description
At least once a year we brew a Halaklin gose, and once a year we try to brew a beer with fresh feijoa, which ripens just around November. This time it all came together, and we’re brewing a fruited gose, loaded with freshest, juiciest feijoa we could find. But, as the summer is long over, we pumped up the ABV, so we get an imperial version of this classic German refresher, just enough to warm you during long autumn nights. Aromas of wild strawberries, notes of mint leaves go perfectly well with light salinity of the sour beer, while high ABV delivers pleasant mouthfeel and, simply put, joy.
