A simple yet effective little Saison. There are the typical peppery and spicy notes of a Saison, with a hint of coconut provided by the Sorachi Ace hops. The body is light, and there's a hint of bitterness on the finish to give the whole a bit of a kick. In short, a cool Saison with no headaches.
