Katze is our take on a Weissbier Hell, alias Hefeweizen. Lagered for some time, our offering almost has more in common with its clearer cousin, Krystalweizen, although it is not filtered. Aromas of banana and clove, a touch of honey from the malt, slight acidity, and effervescent carbonation. Perfect early-autumn beer!
